“Teachable Safety Skills” is a wonderful workshop where parents learn best practices in child safety in a way that empowers both parents and children. This class will be facilitated by Alison Feigh, Program Director of the Jacob Wetterling Resource Center in affiliation with the Gundersen National Child Protection Training Center.

 About the Presenter:

Alison Feigh has been working in the sexual abuse prevention field for more than 15 years. Although her academic interests are varied, she is especially drawn to prevention in faith based communities and youth serving organizations, teaching family safety models and the prevention of online exploitation. She firmly believes that personal and online safety messages can be positive, empowering and accessible.

Ms. Feigh came to Jacob Wetterling Resource Center (JWRC) initially in 2001 from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. She enjoys her work at JWRC as she collaborates with students, (View Full Event Description Here: http://www.summithillassociation.org/event/teachable-safety-skills-jacob-wetterling-foundation/
