Help Us Represent Ramsey Hill in the Winter Carnival Parade!

Exciting news: The St. Paul Winter Carnival Grand Day Parade will be held on Grand Avenue this year, and the Ramsey Hill Association is considering entering! But first, we need your input:

❄️ Would you commit to participating?

This is a big (and COLD) event, and while it’s lots of fun, it happens regardless of the weather—so bundling up will be key! We want to ensure we have strong participation to make our entry shine.

💡 Do you have ideas?

We’re brainstorming creative concepts! Unique vehicles, floats, costumes—what would make a standout entry? Share your suggestions and help us make a splash! Here are the parameters established by the Winter Carnival.

🏠 Interested in hosting?

We’re also exploring a pre- or post-parade gathering with warm drinks and treats. If you live near the parade route (Grand Ave from Dale to Lexington) and can host, let us know!
